President, Founder, Registered Dietitian (USA), Accredited Practicing Dietitian (Australia)

Inger Neylon is a leading expert on educating and motivating behavioural change in children and families. Her specialties are issues related to healthy eating and weight management. She is the 2008-2009 President of the Massachusetts Dietetic Association.

After graduating with honours in Human Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Florida, she completed a dietetic internship with Harvard affiliated Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She has worked as a dietitian in the Optimal Weight for Life program at Children’s Hospital in Boston and at the New York based summer weight loss camp for children, Camp Shane

She also conducted research at Harvard Medical School and at Children’s Hospital Boston in the area of overweight children and their families, and was the principal dietitian for the Paediatrics Physician Organization at Children’s Hospital of Boston (PPOC) Paediatrics Obesity Prevention and Intervention Program for over a decade.

Inger is a Certified Personal Trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine and was the recipient of the Recognized Young Dietitian Award of the Year award in 2006.

Inger frequently travels between the United States of America and Australia consulting with health organizations. She currently lives in Australia with her three children.

Thomas (Tom) Pearce, Our very talented Journalist and Chef

Tom Pearce is a practicing cook with a background in writing through studies in both journalism and cookery.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Journalism, Tom continued his passion for cooking by working in a number of kitchens, ranging from restaurants, cafes to fine dining.

He has long been enthusiastic about combining his passion for researching and food by investigating how techniques, ingredients and recipes from different cultures can be adapted and developed. He has also endeavoured to determine the nutritional value behind these meals whilst maintaining the taste and authenticity of these cuisines.

Through CrEATe Good Food, Tom hopes to help families achieve tasty and nutritious meals that are easy to prepare and involve the whole family.

Laura grew up in Tassie, and is now a Geelong girl. Nutrition student, barista and brunch lover. She love her veggies and keeping active (but loves chocolate just as much!). Through her studies, she is growing a huge interest for clinical nutrition and dietetics.
